For the safety of our customers, staff, shipping partners and the general public, hazardous, dangerous, prohibited or restricted items must not be packed in personal effects, boxes, bags, vehicles, pallets or containers unless they have been properly declared and approved before collection.
Customers shipping vehicles must follow carrier instructions. Fuel must be kept to the minimum level required by the shipping line. Do not place spare fuel containers, gas cylinders, chemicals, loose batteries or prohibited items inside the vehicle. LPG / CNG vehicles must be declared before shipment.
Before collection, customers may be asked to sign a declaration confirming that the shipment does not contain hazardous, dangerous, prohibited or restricted items. When in doubt, please contact Worldwide Shipping before packing your goods.
Failure to declare hazardous or prohibited goods may result in refusal of shipment, cargo delays, heavy fines, confiscation of goods, voiding of insurance and / or legal action.
